animal farm only gets better with each successive read.  when i briefly explained the plot to stella before we started reading it, she remarked that it was just like charlotte's web.  i told her there were talking animals living on a farm and that's about where the similarities end.  every time i read this book i'm left with the same impression: a ( Read more... )
